Account/Billing Information
- Your VIPowerNet account includes: -1 free email account(additional
boxes can be ordered @ $2.00/mo. each) -5 MB of Web space(additional
space can be ordered @ $1.00/MB
- Help Desk Support hours are 9am to 10pm M-F and 9am to 2pm on
Saturdays. Phone number is 714-3700.
- Your invoice/bill will be sent via email. VIPowerNet issues a
free email account and that is where correspondence will be sent
unless you call our business office and specify another email address
you will like to use.
- You will be invoiced according to whatever plan
you have chosen on your application, i.e. if you have chosen the
3 month plan you will be invoiced every 3 mos.
- The plan chosen
is recurring and does not stop until you deactivate the account
in writing. This must be submitted to the VIPowerNet office via
fax: 774-4583 or email: staff@vitelcom.net or mail to P.O. Box
6100, St. Thomas, 00801.
- Our billing cycle goes from the 1st of
the month to the 31st. This means that if you activate your account
anytime after the 1st a credit will be issued for the days of the
month missed and that will be credited to your account.
- To change
your plan a "change of service" form must be
filled out indicating the change and whatever plan chosen must
be paid for up front.
