Computer Requirements Necessary for Internet Access

Please Read Carefully
The following are the basic requirements that your computer needs in order to have a successful dialup connection:

• At least one "clear" (noise free) phone line
• A browser (Netscape 4.01 or higher or Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher)
• A working modem of 14.4kbps to 56kbps
• A Windows 95 or 98 operating system
• At least 32MB of memory (RAM)
• In order to setup VIPowerNet on your computer using our VIPowerNet setup CD, your computer needs a working CDROM drive
  

IMPORTANT NOTE
We support Macintosh computers, but we DO NOT have technical support for Mac customers at this time, meaning, we can provide Internet connections for Mac computers but we don't have technical support for troubleshooting problems that may occur on a Mac.
However, we would like to refer Mac customers who aren't that familiar with their computer and would still like to sign up with us to PC Paradise in Buccaneer Mall St. Thomas, tel. 774-8905 or PC Paradise in the Easterly Bldg on St. Croix 773-9227 for technical support or computer repairs.
