To create your own website address, eg. (http://www.yourchoice.com)
you need to:
Register your web address (Domain Name) with a domain registration
site of your choice. If you don't know of any, here are a few that
you can choose from:
http://www.networksolutions.com
http://www.internick.com
http://www.igoldrush.com
http://www.domainregistry.com
http://www.register.com
Do a search with the web address of your
choice to verify that it's not already taken. When filling out
the domain name registration form select "I already have the necessary DNS information
from my web hosting service".
The form will ask for:- A NIC handle, which is rw10491 A Primary
Server, which is ns1.vitelcom.net, IP address 63.80.38.66 A Secondary
Server, which is ns3.vitelcom.net, IP address 63.80.38.67 You must
also name Richard Wright(VIPowerNet Manager) as your technical
contact.
Send the order confirmation for the registration to richard.wright@vitelcom.net
