Terms and Conditions
  1. Innovative PowerNet is not responsible for any system damage, loss of data, or loss of business due to files or data retrieved from the Innovative PowerNet
  2. Innovative PowerNet reserves the right to terminate any access, at any time for any reason. Our sole liability will be the refund of any unused portion of a monthly fee.
  3. Since the Internet is a global community consisting of members from many countries with varying local laws and customs, it is possible to access material of a questionable content. Innovative PowerNet is not responsible for this material. Parents are expected to supervise their children's use of the Internet.
  4. Your service will be invoiced based on your Billing Option. Your account is to be paid in full by the 15th of each month. If the account is not paid in full by the 30th of that month, late charges will apply, as well as the suspension of service.
  5. There will be a $25 reconnection charge if your service was terminated due to nonpayment. There will be a $25 charge for any check returned for insufficient funds.
  6. Innovative PowerNet is not liable for loss of access to Innovative PowerNet service other than the Internet service within Innovative PowerNet's direct control.
  7. Prices are subject to change. Customer will be notified 30 days in advance.
  8. This Agreement is intended to be performed in accordance with, and only to the extent permitted by, all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. If any provision of this Agreement, or the application thereof to any persons or circumstances shall, for any reason and to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, then the remainder of this Agreement and the application of such provision to other person or circumstances shall not be effected thereby. It is the intent of the parties that each provision of this Agreement shall be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.
  9. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, representatives, successors and permitted assigns.
  10. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Territory of the United States Virgin Islands.
