Terms and Conditions
  1. A completed and signed application form is required for all access to the Innovative PowerNet. Innovative PowerNet reserves the right to reject any application.
  2. Users of the Innovative PowerNet are not allowed to re-sell access to services accessed via Innovative PowerNet unless a separate reseller agreement is signed.
  3. Innovative PowerNet is in no way responsible for any system damage, loss of data, or loss of business due to files or data retrieved from the Innovative PowerNet, local or foreign.
  4. Innovative PowerNet reserves the right to terminate any access, at any time for any reason. Our sole liability will be the refund of any unused portion of a monthly fee.
  5. Because the Internet is a global community consisting of members from many countries with varying local laws and customs, it is possible to access material of a questionable content. Innovative PowerNet is not responsible for this material. Parents are expected to supervise their children's use of the Internet.
  6. To terminate your account, you must inform us in writing. You must give us fifteen working days advance notice.
  7. You will receive an invoice by mail at the beginning of the each month. Your account is to be paid in full by the 15th of that month. If the account is not paid in full by the 30th of that month Innovative PowerNet will terminate your account.
  8. There will be a reconnection charge.
  9. By signing this agreement you state that you have read and agreed to the above information.
    Limitation of Liability:

    In no event shall Innovative PowerNet be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the service provided by Innovative PowerNet. I hereby declare that I am over 18 years old and that I have read and understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as stipulated by ViPowerNet to deduct the initial amount, and the ongoing charges if applicable to the selected plan, from the selected card.
