Pay By Phone Service
In order to use pay by phone services you must have a Banco Popular
checking or savings account. You must register first. This can
be done only by visiting www.bppr.com or by calling the toll free
number 1-888-724-3659. The information that is required by Banco
Popular for registration is as follows:

Innovative PowerNet's account name is listed as Vitelcom
After you register, it will take 10 labor days before you can make
your first payment using pay-by-phone. Within those 10 days you
will be mailed a code # to identify VIPowerNet as the vendor to
make your payments. After the waiting period, you will be able
to call the toll free number above, give them the code # and make
your payments. Note: please have something to write down the reference
number received to identify the payment made.
